Your role will require and challenge you to:

• Be passionate about development of browser-based code with high quality and performance
• Ensure an intuitive user interface experience
• Use known best practices for frontend software development
• Providing estimates on front-end development tasks and maintain feedback through the relevant parts of the life cycle to ensure on-time delivery
• Have the right mindset to build and ship high quality code to production every day
• Handle security aspects while designing and coding, not as an afterthought
• Take pride in what you deliver and don’t ship untested code
• Be a strong team player and prefer to work with others in all phases of the development process
• Enjoy collaborating across borders in an international environment

What you bring:

• Experience with front-end development
• Excellent JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3 coding skills
• Experience with React
• Experience with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery/jQueryUI
• Solid understanding of web standards, web markup, and DOM manipulation
• Experience with HTML/CSS template creation based on industry standard practices
• Awareness of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues
• Ability to work with existing JavaScript and jQuery
• Good front-end code debugging skills
• Strong UX skills

Ideally you also bring experience in:

• SVG experience
• Experience with JavaScript libraries for data visualization: Highcharts, D3.js
• Creative web design experience
• Experience with mobile and responsive web design
