We are looking for a new member with a good infrastructure operations skillset to join our Cloud Operations team located in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina!

The teams’ main responsibility is to implement, maintain and secure technologies on multiple platforms running on both public and private cloud to ensure a market-leading experience for our clients. This includes the management of infrastructure supporting the sites, assisting in the continual improvement of our environments, and providing third-level technical support. You will be a part of a very passionate and supportive international team within a company focusing on being a Great Place to Work.

Your role will require and challenge you to:

• Proactive Management of environments running in Private and Public cloud
• Work on new implementation projects
• Provide third line technical support and consulting to other technical staff and clients

What you bring:

• 1-5 years of preferably enterprise IT experience or relevant university qualification
• Broad IT knowledge, ability to understand and troubleshoot a broad tech stack (network, OS, application)
• Good communication and writing skills in English
• Experience or interest in IT Security is a plus
• Experience with relational database systems (i.e. Microsoft SQL) is a plus
• Experience working in cloud environments is a plus
• Experience working with Kubernetes is a plus
• Experience working with Veeam is a plus
• Experience working with configuration management software such as Ansible is a plus
• A technology enthusiast who loves to learn new tech on the go
• Self-directed - you take ownership of your role and have a “can-do” attitude
• Thrive in a collaborative environment - your team can rely on you to pitch in and get things done
