WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON?

The name of the project(s): Unity Developer

FOR WHICH TASKS (RESPONSIBILITIES)?

- Leading team of Unity Developers and ensuring deadlines are met for game development

- Assigning tasks to the other developers

- Making sure there is adherence to schedules, plans and deadlines

- Running code reviews to ensure good quality code processes are followed

- Encourage test-driven development to gain best possible product quality

- Testing game functionality and theme dynamics at code level and functional level

- Ensure code is optimised for mobile game

- Work with the development team to design and architect the target build for the core game

- Designing and building game patches and upgrades

 PLANNING

- Work with management and other leads to determine the plan for build

- Identify gaps, issues and make recommendations to improve processes within the

development area

- Establishing strategy and development pipelines.

- Planning and implementing game functionality.

- Transforming design ideas into functional games.

- Designing and building game codes.

- Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks

• Coordination and Collaboration

- Working with the design team to discuss gaming ideas and specifications

- Understand their needs, concerns and challenges and work together to deliver the best

possible solutions

WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONAL WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similar field.

- Previous experience working as a Unity Lead and have released games which are online now (Share the links).

- In-depth knowledge of unity and Unity3D software.

- Knowledge of 3D development and integrated game physics.

- 5+ Years of Experience with console and mobile game development
