Bicom Systems was founded in 2004, and has grown to become a globally competitive telecommunications company, employing over 120 people across the world. Our teams manufacture, distribute and support unified communications end-to-end software solutions to SMBs, Call Centers, and above all – Service Providers.

At this moment our clients are using our virtualization solution, SERVERware, and our PBX solution, PBXware on more than 10 000 unique instances. We achieve all that by creating close relationships with our partners and the whole ecosystem we are in. 

Your day looks like this:

• You provide technical support to Bicom Systems customers via e-mail, live chat, and phone;
• Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions;
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration;
• Ensure proper implementation in production environments;
• Perform remote installation on customers hardware;
• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in spoken and written English;
• Knowledge of Linux OS and IP networks;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

This is how you stand out:

• Bachelor degree in IT;
• Voice over IP;
• Certification in Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies.
