Senior Developer

• 5+ years professional experience with Python
• Deep experience working with databases and datasets (MySQL)
• Solid understanding of source control and cloud environments

 

Full stack Developer

• At least 3 years professional experience with Python
• Understanding of MySQL (concepts and syntax)
• Some experience with React or Angular is a plus

 

Frontend Developer

• At least 3 years professional experience with Angular/React
• Experience with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
• Experience with Firebase and consuming REST APIs

 

 

The role in a nutshell

As a key member of our lean startup development team, you will have the opportunity to work across a range of exciting projects involving Python, Angular, React, and cloud technologies. Whether you’re focused on backend development, full stack implementation, or frontend design, you’ll contribute to major feature development, functionality improvements, and architectural decisions. This includes new microservice development, pipeline implementation, AI integration, high availability migration, and the creation of dynamic, user-facing applications. Collaboration across teams is essential, giving you the chance to work with various technologies and play a pivotal role in driving innovation.

 

High-level project description

A cloud based SAAS that consists of a primary REST API with supporting microservice ecosystem and various frontend applications that serve a select audience.

Our current main venture ValueChecker is an InsurTech service that helps Insurance companies and claims handlers quickly and accurately determine the fair compensation values of damaged or stolen products and their immediate availability and price.

International clients we work with are - for example - retailers such as Media Markt, Dustin, BestBuy, Cyberport and Insurers such as ABN Amro, ING / NN, Lemonade, Univé, Sedgwick.
