Your day looks like this:

• You will take on the role of a Scrum Master;
• Learn, coach, and improve yourself and others;
• Using empiricism, you will work on establishing new processes, practices, and solutions that will remove impediments and improve team performance;
• You will work with a team of managers and Scrum Masters on improving the overall company agility.

Requirements:

• Experience in agile management and/or Scrum mastership;
• Excellent spoken and written communication in native and English language;
• Excellent collaboration skills;
• Interest in good management practices and willingness.
