If you are fluent in spoken and written English with a kind and professional approach to customers and the ability to show empathy and understanding of our customers’ needs or problems, then this is your chance.

To work with us, we expect our candidate to:

• have a solid and stable Internet connection
• have a noise-free working space
• have their own PC and headphones they can use during the trial period, and if they successfully pass the trial period, they will be supplied with a company computer/monitor/headphones.
• be able to visit our Sarajevo office for a week every six months
