Your day looks like this:

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner;
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities;
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends;
• You are accountable that the product backlog is prioritized through constant refinement with the development team;
• You are accountable for backlog items to be in “ready state” so the development team can start work on them;
• You work closely with the development team to ensure the expected value is delivered to the customer. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts;
• You collaborate with the Head of Products on defining a product differentiation strategy, on creating the product vision and product roadmap;
• You make the final decision on what is the top priority for the product;
• You communicate with customers and internal stakeholders from all over the world to understand their needs and optimize the value delivered to them;
• You track progress towards the release of a product;
• You represent and advocate for the customer with the interest of having the most value delivered to them. You collaborate with the Scrum team to find a healthy balance between bug fixes, improvements, research, and features.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in product ownership, or alternatively as a project manager, product manager, business analyst in the industry;
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum);
• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English.
