Your day looks like this:

  • You will administer the process for new employees and workers (contracts, documents for Tax office and other);
  • Update and maintain internal systems, records and reports with accurate people data;
  • Cooperate with the Finance department related to wage changes and all the other things related to employee incomes and documentation for our employees;
  • Participate in the creation of different procedures and policies;
  • Participate in organizing and managing the onboarding process;
  • Cooperate with CARE teams and IT Team to ensure the most efficient flow of work;
  • You perform other duties assigned by the Head of CARE Teams.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration;
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
