Your day looks like this:

  • Implementation, installation, configuration, and testing of necessary software and hardware to existing and new clients;
  • Training clients on purchased/leased software, to enable efficient use of software;
  • Responsible for planning and executing various post-deployment projects, such as server reconfiguration and installation, cluster upgrades, various hardware and geographic software migrations, and similar projects;
  • Holds training of existing programs/software and QA sessions;
  • In charge of simple applications;
  • Holds all other internal training of existing programs/software for new employees.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Linux and IP networks;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Organized and disciplined;
  • Ability to conduct long training sessions with clients;
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.

This is how you stand out:

  • Basic experience/understanding in hardware and servers;
  • Voice over IP;
  • Bachelor degree in IT;
  • CCNA.
