We are currently looking for a full-time billing specialist to assist with billing and collections. This is primarily an outbound calling job. The level of customer satisfaction that we provide is one of the main reasons why we have been successful in our venture and why top Real Estate agents chose our system over our competition. Each team member takes every customer issue seriously, and with a professional approach, we ensure that the problems are solved in a timely manner with complete customer satisfaction. You will become an integral part of this team and help us continue delivering A+ customer experience.
Main Tasks and responsibilities:
Communication with our clients about billing inquires, charges and services via phone, email and chat applications on a daily basis.
Ensuring that all requisitions and orders are fully processed at the highest level of accuracy and efficiency.
Displaying politeness and a can-do attitude during conversations with customers
Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve billing-related issues.
Displaying patience and ability to deal with demanding clients and complaints.
Providing additional information in accordance with the needs and interests of our client.
Developing and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients by providing professional and high-quality service
Developing relationships cross-functionally with various departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Improving process efficiency and assisting in the creation and maintenance of internal protocols within your department.
Mandatory conditions:
Fluent spoken and written English (C1 level)
Minimum two years of experience working with English-speaking clients on a daily basis
including at least occasional phone calls with the clients
Desirable skills:
Experience in using Google Suite products - Gmail, Google Documents, Google Calendar
Experience in using any kind of CRM system
Advanced organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to give concise and accurate information to customers
Attention to detail
Kind and professional approach to customers (What-can-we-do-for-you attitude toward customers)
Ability to show empathy and understanding for our customers’ expectations or problems
A drive to work and collaborate with different profiles of clients and coworkers
