If you are wicked smart and incredibly talented you may have a home at Authority Partners. We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst for our office in Sarajevo. Senior QA Analyst will take part in requirement analysis, providing detailed level of effort, providing detailed reports to clients, and improving team output and quality. He/she will also be responsible for educating team members on testing best practices, tools and new technologies.

Senior QA Analyst will take part in requirement analysis, providing detailed level of effort, providing detailed reports to clients, and improving team output and quality. He/she will also be responsible for educating team members on testing best practices, tools and new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience using and testing web applications
- Extensive knowledge of the entire QA process
- Knowledge of all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
- Experience in performing different kinds of testing, such as regression, performance and user acceptance testing
- Experience in backend testing, and knowledge of REST / SOAP web services
- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining test environments and automated test suites
- Experience with XML and relational databases (MS SQL Preferred)
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently with minimum supervision and also perform as part of a team
- Experience using Visual Studio environment, Microsoft Test Manager, and team collaboration tools/source control programs, preferably Team Foundation Server
BONUS SKILLS:
- SOAP UI, Selenium and/or Visual Studio CodedUI automation
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field would be of great value, but if you’re passionate and have the experience that backs up your abilities, for us, talent outweighs degree every time.
