• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts
• Experience acquiring In-depth understanding of large complex software systems.
• Understanding microservice architecture
• Strong experience in distributed Java / J2EE / Oracle based environments
• Strong experience in the Java based frameworks like Spring / Struts / Hibernate
• Strong experience developing technical design specifications and use cases
• Ability to successfully complete complex assignments, delegate as required and provide solutions
• Working knowledge of various software development methodologies
• Excellent problem solving, analytical skills and technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with automation tools including Chef, Puppet and/or Octopus
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms

Required Skills:

• Java (J2EE), Spring, Hibernate, JPA, JBoss, ActiveMQ, Enterprise Service Bus
• Tomcat, Maven, Gradle, Apache Camel, JDBCTemplate
• SCM tools including TFS, SVN and Git
• Hands on experience with relational databases
• 1-2 years of Agile development experience is desired.
• Ability to work with customers, developers, testing, project management, and support staff

Required Experience:

• 2-5 years of equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of Agile development experience is desired
