Job brief

Green River media is looking for an Digital Specialist for permanent employment at our Sarajevo office. We are seeking an individual with knowledge in digital marketing who can learn new techniques quickly and manage multiple, diverse technologies.

Responsibilities

Help clients understand, envision and articulate „digital“ as a strategy aligned with their business KPIs
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, project managers and web developers, and provide them direction to ensure strategy principles and technical requirements get translated into the sound end-product
Convert rich and varied insights, research and analytics into actionable principles, propositions and roadmaps
Carry out SEO audits with post-audit recommendations and provide weekly and/or monthly SEO reports with insights inline with overall SEO strategy
Set-up and management of various digital marketing tools and applications (e.g. SEMRush, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Google Ads, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, CrazyEgg, etc.)
Planning, scheduling, delivering and measuring paid search and social media campaigns
Support the Sales team during pitches and proposals

Requirements

Minimum one year of experience in digital marketing (Search Engine Optimisation and/or Google Analytics and/or Google Ads and/or Social Media Marketing)
Demonstrated knowledge of digital landscape and particularly social channel trends
Advanced proficiency in English language (local languages are not required)
Commercial awareness
Excellent problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills
Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work and thrive in an internationally fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and digital techniques
Bachelor's degree in English, IT or Business is highly beneficial
Experience in Content Management Systems is highly beneficial
Experience in content development is highly beneficial
