Posao: Graphic Designer (m/f) - Mistral - Sarajevo

Hello there! We are glad you are interested to be part of our crew.

We are looking for a very experienced graphic designer to work with our marketing and sales team to visually convey a particular message, idea or concept for both Mistral (our brand in BiH) and Maestral (our business brand for sales).

Using your knowledge and proficiency with current graphic design programs, you will produce graphic art and visual materials for internal company needs, promotions (both digital and print), websites (WordPress), videos, presentations, brochures, templates and other.

Don’t worry, if there is an area that you’re not entirely comfortable with, you will have plenty of dedicated time for learning, researching and experimenting.

In candidates, we seek passion, enthusiasm, and ability to live the brand. You should be able to find solutions and give suggestions on your own, produce beautiful designs without relying entirely on shutterstock and dribbble, and to be very receptive to feedback.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

You’re in a happy relationship with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere
Acquainted with Wordpress and have some knowledge regarding mockup creation
Enjoy experimenting and creating in Adobe After Effects
Have 3+ years of experience

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Come up with creative solutions for the best presentation of our brands
Create social media designs in multiple formats; Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter & Instagram
Take and edit photos, create GIFs, animated posts, video editing
Prepare materials for print
Monthly edits of the in-house newsletter
Daily news visuals (TV)
Promo brochures, notebooks, posters, stickers, stand wallpapers and other
Internal promo materials such as cards, postcards, case files and similar
Employee onboarding, birthday and anniversary gift visuals
Digital banners for Google Ads
Mockups for WordPress (on both existing and a new website we’ll be making)
Propose new modern ways of presenting content to audience (both internally and externally)
Business infographics, one page sales materials
Help existing design teams when necessary
Help other departments with design on reports, presentations, templates, documents or e-mail newsletters
Maintain a designated Drive folder to keep all the work in open files, sorted and updated
Other relevant work

Photography (taking photos, editing, retouching)
Professionalism; you don’t take feedback personally or get offended when your design needs a complete rework
Eye for detail; after you finish the design, you notice if a letter in the text is missing, or if there is a word misspelled. You actually care a little about the text.
IT literacy; front-end dev, IoT, ML, AI, javascript don’t sound like alien words to you
